To Much Noise To Sleep

An estimated 90 million Americans over the age of 18 snore.  If you live with someone who snores it is hard to rest.  There are certain herbs that I will mention in this editorial that work well in many snoring problems when used together.

Bitter orange contains natural synephine, which help relieve congestion and reduce phlegm in the nasal passages.  It also inhibits histamine production.  Bromelain is a food enzyme that helps break down mucus.  If to much mucus is in the pharyngeal-nasal area it can sometimes promote snoring.

CoQ10 works with the circulatory system to promote normal night time breathing.  It appears to help both with sleep apnea and snoring.  Therefore, these nutrients work together to help open sinus passages and allow maximum air flow.

How do these supplements work?  As you sleep, the muscles of the throat relax.  The airway from the nose to the larynx becomes smaller.  Anything that further reduces the airway will promote snoring such as mucus, the tongue, congestion, exercise or swollen tissue in the throat.  These herbal food supplements help open nasal passages and drain sinuses, reducing the tendency to snore and making it easier to breathe.

Make sure you turn to nature for a delightful quiet night of rest.

Dr. Frank Miesse

Over 48 years ago, as my wife and I embarked on a new mission field to open a new church in Springfield, Ohio, God had an even broader mission outreach.  Eleven years later our ministry became not only one of winning souls, but also of educating and helping mankind in caring for the physical body.

With the commission of  Romans 12:1, we realized we needed  to reach deeper into the Bible and start our lifetime journey into the study of the human body and   pursue the necessary degrees and licensing which would give us the privilege to reach into the lives of many spiritually and physically weak and ill people.

For the past 35 years, we have been your Herbalist Educators,  with our business located in the heart of the Ohio Valley at Springfield, Ohio, where we have counseled, taught classes, held regular herbal meetings, and scheduled daily appointments with folks, both locally and nationwide.  Watch for our editorials in local newspapers,  as well as our local TV programs.  Drop in and meet our staff, all of whom are well versed in herbs and their values.  They will welcome you with outstretched arms.  We’re waiting to be a part of your life so that we can all enjoy a happier, healthier life’s journey together.
