He is the only door thru which man can get to heaven; there are two others that must be opened as well.

The first door that must be opened is the door of evangelism to the lost through the great commandment.  We have marching orders to go into the highways and byways and present the good-news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost, hurting, and dying of this world.  We must open the doors of our hearts to see this world the way Christ views it.

The second door is the personal door to our hearts to receive the Gospel!  This is a choice that us, and only us, can make.  The Holy Spirit has orchestrated the knocking at the heart causing us to focus on the Lord.  Just as we will personally stand before the throne giving an account of our lives, so must we also stand at the door and open it for the Lord to come and dwell there or as the Bible puts it – tabernacle with us!  When we receive Jesus as our Savior, we become the temple of the Lord!  Luke 9:18, 19, 20 “And it came to pass, as he was alone praying, his disciples were with him: and he asked them, saying, Whom say the people that I am?   They answering said, John the Baptist; but some [say], Elias; and others [say], that one of the old prophets is risen again.   He said unto them, But whom say ye that I am? Peter answering said, The Christ of God.”  

The third door is the door of revelation of the Lord!  This is almost like a revolving door at some of the old supermarkets.  It is in continuous use!  The quickening of the Lord is not only immediate to and within us; it is also a lifelong process by which we grow in our relationship with Him.

Who do you say He is?  Have you received Christ as Lord?  If you answered yes, will others proclaim that about you?  Does your life exclaim that fact?
