Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.

This is a prayer I say to myself. I want to be pleasing to my Father and I know through the stress of our lives, sometimes we can let our emotions get involved with the issues at hand and speak out of control and say thing we wish we could take back.

That’s why we need to stop and think before we speak. Life and death are in the tong, and we have the choice of what comes out. The scripture above talks about our words and the meditation of my heart being acceptable to Him.

If words come out of our mouths that are not pleasing, then we need to take a look at what is in our heart. Are you holding bitterness, resentment, and pride in you heart. If so, give it to Jesus; allow Him to fill you with His love, peace, and joy.

He died for you, that you may be filled with His love that overcomes anything that this world could bring against you.

Don’t allow yourself to be filled with hate and speak death into your life and others. But be filled with the spirit and allow your heat to overflow with a word from your mouth that is pleasing to the Father and brings life into others.

Start today speaking Life into yourself, husband, wife, children, family, friend, and yes even a complete stranger. When you share love you receive love.
