Foreclosure Prevention: Thursday evenings, September 2nd, 16th, and 30th, from 6 to 7:30 pm. An innovative “Keeping My Home….Surviving the Mortgage Crisis” workshop is designed to provide immediate access and assistance to distressed homeowners facing mortgage troubles. We host these bi-weekly Group Orientation meetings on Thursday evenings from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Free counseling to homeowners in Clark, Champaign, Logan, Greene, Auglaize, Putnam, and Allen counties: Understanding the foreclosure process in the State of Ohio; Learning about available options to the homeowner; Assistance completing a workout agreement with their lender; Recognizing mortgage rescue scams; and Providing financial assistance

Classes are held at Commerce Pointe, 20 S. Limestone St., Downtown Springfield.
