Springfield Regional Medical Group welcomes Alan Fark, MD, to its growing group of family practitioners and specialists.

Springfield Regional Medical Group Welcomes New Physician Practice to Yellow Springs

Dr. Fark brings more than 25 years of experience to his practice located at 716 Xenia Avenue in Yellow Springs. A graduate of The Ohio State University and the Medical College of Ohio, Dr. Fark is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and was an assistant clinical instructor at Michigan State University. He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Dr. Fark will be seeing patients of all ages on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. To make an appointment with Dr. Fark, please call 937-523-9800.
