Reva Koger
71, of Medway, Ohio passed away Monday August 2, 2010.  She was born May 2, 1939 in Harland, Kentucky the daughter of the late Raymond & Nell (Hester) Brummitt.   She was the former business owner of the Pines in Medway.  She is survived by three sons, Billy Ray Warman, Steve Warman & Darryl Koger; daughter, Janie Kelly; six grandchildren, Steve, Johnny, Billy, Angela, Emma & Maria; five great grandchildren, Austin, Johnny, Catherine, Jay’don & Jay’lynn; a brother, Don & Jane Brummitt; niece, Linda Peake; many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Virgil & Grady Brummitt; two sisters, Peggy Cole & Mary Rawlins.  Visitation will be 6-8 PM Friday August 6, 2010 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio.  Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday at the funeral home.  Burial will be in New Carlisle Cemetery.  Expressions of sympathy may be sent to www.trostelchapman.com


Robert Larney Steele
Robert Larney Steele, 64, of St. Paris, Ohio died Sunday, August 1, 2010 in his home following a 2 ½ year battle with cancer. He was born June 20, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio the son of Harold Lee and Jane (Taylor) Steele. Robert was confirmed January 11, 1959 in St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Columbus. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving eleven years in the United States Army and was Honorably Discharged as a Captain. Robert was currently the owner of Steele Point Gallery in Springfield. He is survived by his wife Rita (Greene) Steele; one son Christopher Mason; three daughters and two sons-in-law Anastasia (Steele) and Dan James, Sara (Mason) and Matt Wagner, all of St. Paris, and Alexandra (Steele) Owens of Plano, Texas; two sisters and a brother-in-law Mary and Tom Callahan of Delaware, Ohio, and Libby Dorn of Shawano, Wisconsin; seven grandchildren Ben, Drew, Arabella, Bekah, Corinna, Hannah and Andy, and an expected granddaughter; one niece Athena Dorn; three nephews Tony, Tim and Jon Callahan. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family will receive visitors Saturday, August 7, 2010 from 10-11 AM. in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM. in the Memorial Home with Pastor Wayne Engle officiating. Memorial contributions may be made in Robert’s name to Community/Mercy Hospice.
