Keith E. Crinkey
Keith E. Crinkey, 67 of Springfield passed way Saturday May 12, 2012 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born in Springfield, Ohio on April 18, 1945, the son of Lawrence and Margaret Crinkey. Keith served his country in the US Navy in the Far East on the USS Oriskany (CVA34) as an A02. He retired as a Mechanical Designer. In his spare time he loved working in his workshop, working in the yard, playing with computers, cooking, and reading. He was known to have a wonderful sense of humor especially at the Fourth of July gatherings. He also loved to travel to Las Vegas and has done so for the past 20 years. He was preceded in death by her parents; father in law Frank L. Warner; and sister in law Brenda Lou Warner. Keith is survived by his wife of 29 years Deborah A. Crinkey; brother Donald (Elizabeth) Crinkey; mother in law Mary Jane Warner; brothers in law David Warner and Larry (Johanna) Warner; sister in law Brenda Sue Warner all of Springfield; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, a host of friends, but especially "the kids" Itsy, Tannish, and Callie. A service to honor Keith will be Tuesday at 7:00 pm in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with Pastor Kevin Mays officiating. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 5:00pm.
